Cliff Rucker is the founder and chairman of NFS Leasing, a current Ladybugz client. The opportunity presented itself when Rucker Investments reached out to Ladybugz to build and design their website.
This was a new website build with new branding designed by Cliff’s team and specific goals in mind, and the Ladybugz team needed to craft a visual concept and content approach that expressed the Rucker family’s vision: a website that led with integrity-first messaging and had a modern yet professional design. We set out to balance presenting what industries Rucker Investments current holdings represent, as well as the industries they are looking to grow impact in.
The site also needed to incorporate the Cliff & Susan Rucker Charitable Foundation + Opportunity for Grant Requests. The Cliff & Susan Rucker Foundation awards grants to nonprofit organizations throughout Massachusetts. In alignment with the goals of Rucker Investments, our aim for grant-making is to make a transformative impact on the greater community.
Lastly, the website needed to offer a clear and easy way to submit an inquiry effectively.

Our team started with creating a cohesive, crisp, modern, and responsive website design that maximized white space and leans on vibrant images. Although the design is modern, the site navigation is traditional and organized when it comes to the approach for user experience and readability.
