The Reiser project required inventorying the site’s current product catalog and structure and then recreating a new product catalog. The result is a more solutions-based user journey for audiences exploring the website and an easy product search function. The company had hundreds of videos and other resources it wanted to feature on products and solutions pages. We created a digital library for these assets and integrated them into the website solutions pages. The visibility of the parts and service section of the website was improved, with the company immediately seeing growth in that part of the business.
Overall, the website is modern and organized, and it creates an easy-to-follow user journey when finding a solution for your growing business. Products are easily searchable, and parts and services are easily accessible on the main navigation.
We also improved the visibility of Reiser’s customer care section of the website. The main level page, the Customer Center page, highlights the physical location in Canton along with the people and equipment available to customers. Other resources include Techspertise, a customer resource portal under this section.
On the new website, a blog was created for customer education and marketing. The blog features new customers and solutions for growing businesses.
